Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the online store (the "Store") operated by Delaware Valley USA Sports Federation, Inc. ("Del Val USA Sports," "we," "us," or "our"), a Pennsylvania nonprofit organization. By browsing the Store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

1 Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our merchandise, descriptions, and prices accurately. Colors, sizes, and details may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including after an order has been placed.

2 Orders & Payment

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. An order is accepted once we send an order confirmation and/or ship the item. We accept payment via PayPal and credit/debit card, processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not collect or store your full card number on our servers. Where available, eligible purchases may also be made using account points in accordance with our site rules; points carry no cash value, are non-transferable except as expressly permitted, and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, which will be shown at checkout.

3 Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure it is complete and accurate; we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

4 Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Because much of our merchandise is produced for the event and may be custom or printed to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged or defective items are the exception. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@delvalusasports.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If we verify the defect, we will provide a replacement or, where a replacement is unavailable, a refund — at our reasonable discretion. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.

5 Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on the Store — including logos, trademarks, images, photographs, graphics, product designs, and text — is owned by Delaware Valley USA Sports Federation, Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark law. See the Trademark & IP section for details. You may not reproduce or use this content without our prior written permission.

7 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Store and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delaware Valley USA Sports Federation, Inc. and its officers, directors, volunteers, and staff will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

8 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Delaware Valley USA Sports Federation, Inc. from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Store or violation of these Terms.

9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

10 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Delaware Valley USA Sports Federation, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our store and website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Payments are handled by third-party processors including PayPal and a secure card payment processor. Your payment is subject to their privacy policies. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction details, but not your full card number.

We do not sell your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws; we will honor those rights as required by law.

8 Children's Privacy

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent changes. Material changes will be posted on this page.

All logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, images, photographs, graphics, videos, product designs, layouts, and text appearing on this website and in our store (collectively, the "Materials") are the exclusive property of Delaware Valley USA Sports Federation, Inc. and/or its licensors, and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws.

2 Trademarks

"National PRO-AM Basketball Championship," "Del Val USA Sports," "Delaware Valley USA Sports Federation," and all related names, logos, and designs are trademarks and/or service marks of Delaware Valley USA Sports Federation, Inc. They may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written permission, and may not be used in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or that disparages or discredits the Federation.

3 Images & Photography

All images are trademarked and/or copyrighted by Delaware Valley USA Sports Federation, Inc. This includes event photography, player and team imagery, promotional graphics, and product images. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

You may not copy, reproduce, download, republish, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any of the Materials — in whole or in part — without our express prior written consent.

4 Limited Permission

You may view and access the Materials for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with shopping and participating in our events. No other license or right is granted, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Delaware Valley USA Sports Federation, Inc.

5 Requesting Permission

To request permission to use any of our Materials — including sponsors, media, and partners seeking to use our logos or imagery — please contact us in writing at support@delvalusasports.com. We review each request individually.

6 Reporting Infringement
